Transaction History

The transaction history help you to see the total transaction summary and branch wise stock of the items, short Detail of transaction type that from where you have purchase the item and whom you sell that item. This can be done through item article number, barcode number, item number and also style.

Look for:
This will help you to look for any item transaction detail on the basis of article number, barcode number, item number and also style.
For the period:
This help you to find the transaction from duration to the date which you will specify.
There are two way to see transaction history ::
a. Xn history: its show the complete transaction result related to item sale and also include transaction mode type, itemcode, barcode,date,MRP, Xn price,Qty and party detail also shown in it.
b. Stock Status: it show the total quantity of that item in different stock.
Show the transaction for all branch.:
if it is checked it will show all branches transaction results.
Current Item:
it will show the complete detail of the item you want to see the transaction summary.
there are two selection mode:
Transaction summary: it will show the total quantity on the basis of type of transaction.

How To:

See the transaction of items

Transaction history :

Click On Xn Button.

Now, the Transaction history Page will get open up.

Now select the option to search the item either on the basis of Article, barcode, Itemcode or by style.

Now provide the input into input textbox the required correctly.

Specify the Period From to To in which you are interested to see the history.

Click on Go button.

You can also see stock unit detail by simply click on Stock Unit tab.
