• Import items makes easier and faster to search for any item barcode, you can import the barcode by various option such as Importing by any text or csv file which is already existing into your system as per the format and also define the barcode range , apart from these two you can select internal module option for importing by this you can select any internal module like purchase, wholesale document type with document number can also import the item code, the following are the importing mode:

Text/CSV:
Browse for barcode file path which is in text or csv format.
Internal Module:
This option contain various module list and a document number for importing the document for barcode.

1. Document Type: Here you have to select type of document for directly import the itemcode from that document
2. Document Number: Here you have to specify the document number with respect to document which you have selected by document type

Barcode Range:
By this option you may import the barcode on the basis of there range.

How To:

• Import Barcode from Text/CSV
• Import Barcode from Internal Module
• Import Barcode from Barcode Range

Import Barcode from Text/CSV

Click On Import barcode button.

Select Text/CSV.

Click On Browse Button.

Now open dialog box will appear.

Specify the Path where you have kept the Text/Csv file.

Select the file.

Click On Open button.

Import Barcode from Internal Module

Click On Import barcode button.

Select Internal Module.

Select the document type.

Specify the document number in against of that document type.

Click On Search Button.

Select the Document from list.

Click On ok.

Import Barcode from Barcode Range

Click On Import barcode button.

Select Barcode Range.

Specify the range of barcode into From and To control.

Click On ok.
