• Locality is the the area name which consists city name, state name and country name are used to identify the address.

Locality:
It is used to specify the area name of the place, always remember locality comes under city.
Example: Karol bag is the locality name which come under Delhi, here delhi is a city.
Pincode:
Pincode for different area is different.
Example: Suppose the pin code of karol bagh is 1100012.
Locality group:
Basically not in use, but it is used to define a area group.
City:
City name is obtained from city master which contain state and country.
State/Province:
State is created from state master which is automatically fetch up from city master.
Country/Region:
Country is assigned into country master, it is fetched up from State master.
Status:
if active status is tick then only it will fetch the locality while creating party or making any order.

• Add New Locality

Add New Locality :

First,Specify Locality name.

Specify the pin code.

Specify the city, If the city exist into city master then only it will diplay into list, if the city not existed into city mater it will set as "New"

Specify the Distict, If the Distict exist into city master then only it will diplay into list, if the Distict not existed into city mater it will set as "New"

Specify the State, If the State exist into State master then only it will diplay into list, if the State not existed into State mater it will set as "New"

Specify the country , If the Country exist into Country master then only it will diplay into list, if the Country not existed into Country mater it will set as "New"

Click on Save button.
