Cities Master

• City is used to locate the locality for making any complete and valid address of any party or any order for business purpose .

City:
It is useful for address and locality while creating any party master or any order
Distinct/ Zone:
Distinct is the zone name which indicate the exact city location.
State/ Province:
State province is useful to locate the city
City:
City name is obtained from city master which contain state and country
State/Province:
If State is created from state master then it will found into search list into city master and if state not found then it automatically create a new state.
Country/Region:
Country is assigned into country master, it is fetched up from State master and if country name is not found then it automatically create a new country
Status:
if active status is tick then only it will show in search list of the locality while creating party or making any order

• Add New Cities
• Edit New Cities

Add New Cities :

Click On Settings from menu bar.

Select Locality from Setting list.

Now Click on Locality to select Cities from the locality list.

Now The Cities page will get open.

Click on Add new Cities from Tasks and City Master page will get Open.

First,Specify Cities name.

Specify the Distict or if you have specified earlier select it from list.

Specify the State, If the State exist into State master then only it will diplay into list, if the State not exist into State master it will set as "New"

Specify the Country, If the country exist into State master then only it will set automatically and if the country not exist into State master and Country master then it will set as "New"

Click on Save button.

Edit the existing Cities :

Click On Settings from menu bar.

Select Locality from Setting list.

Now Click on Locality to select Cities from the locality list.

Now The Cities page will get open.

Click the list from city grid page to Edit the existing City from Tasks.

Now City Master page will get Open.

Modify, the field you want to modify

Click on Save button.
