Create New Purchase Return

How to | See Also | Summary



General:

Supplier:
The supplier name is the seller name to whom you want to return the items against of purchase order.
Purchase Return Sr. No:
Purchase return Sr. No is the debit note number which is issued to supplier by the buyer and it will be generated automatically according to sequence of Return.
Entry Date:
Entry date is the date on which the Purchase Return , it will also automatically generated after wizard finishes.
Document No:
Document Number is the actual debit number document used for accounts entry, it contain four things PO name/Branch number/Final Year/Purchase number
Credit Note No:
Credit note is issued by supplier against of purchase invoice issued by the buyer, Buyer can apply this credit note against their next payment to the seller , the credit number is printed on supplier's document.
Credit note date:
Credit note date is the supplier's document date which is printed on credit note.
Tax Type:
Tax type name will automatically picked up from purchase order by the supplier.
Area manager:
Area Manager name will automatically picked up from purchase order by the supplier.


Items:

Item Table or table:
This table consist the article number, color, size, Quantity and Pricing column, here in this table the returned item from wizard will automatically updated.
Table Setting:
From this button click you will set the the column which you want to display into Table
Import Items :
Importing the item makes easier and faster to search for any items, you can import any barcode by three ways first through text and csv file format, Internal module and last is through barcode range.


Total:

Total Quantity:
The total quantity will show the total no of quantity column from item Table table
Total Entries:
It will show the total no of article entry has been inserted
MRP value:
The total value of MRP of article No
Bill Sundries:
It show the various field to calculate the profit or loss on the total item amount


How To:


Add new Purchase Return:


Note:
  1. Click On Purchase Menu.
  2. Select Purchase Return , the Purchase Return Table Page will get open up.
  3. Now select on Add new Purchase Return from Tasks and it will get Open Purchase Return Wizard page.
  4. Specify how to return the item either to specific supplier or to anoymous supplier, If you want to return to any specific supplier then tick on Specific Supplier and Specify the supplier name or If you want to return to any supplier then Tick on any supplier.
  5. Select any one Debit note Mode
  6. Select the Invoice Mode.
  7. Cick Next button and Purchase return table page will get open.
  8. Scan the item to return.
  9. Click on Next button and the summery of document will appear.
  10. Click On Next button and it will open finish page.
  11. Now click on finish button and the message will show "Purchase return created Successfully"

Edit the existing Purchase Return:

  1. Click On Purchase Menu.
  2. Select Purchase Return , the Purchase Return Table Page will get open up.
  3. Now select the list from table which you want to edit then click on Edit the existing Purchase Order from Tasks, the Purchase Order Return page will get Open.
  4. Now, Modify the item entries which you want to edit.
  5. Click On Save button after editing the fields.

Set Grid Settings:

Note: By this you can set the Item table column on your own by Check and Uncheck option.

  1. Click On Grid Settings.
  2. Tick on the values to select the column for the Grid which you want to be display.
  3. UnTick on the values to select the column for the Grid which you want to be display.
  4. Click On Ok button.


Print the Debit Note for Purchase Return:

  1. Click On Print from Toolbar.
  2. Select the document to print from list.
  3. Now Click On Print button into print form.


Cancel the purchase invoice:

Note:

  1. Click On Cancel button from toolbar.
  2. A message box will appear "Are you sure to cancel the memo".
  3. Click on yes button.
  4. Now you can see the cancelled status into Purchase Return.


Perform Memo Search:

  1. Click on Find from toolbar
  2. Specify the Memo number into memo search page.
  3. Click On Go button.
  4. Select Memo from list.
  5. Now Click On Ok, the memo will get open.
  6. You can also do advance search see this...


Perform advance search for Memo :

  1. Click on advance search button
  2. The advance search page will get open.
  3. Specify the detail like party name, document number, date etc.
  4. Now,Click on Ok button.
  5. Select the Memo from the list.
  6. Click On Ok button.
