Issue Job Process

General:

Worker:
The worker name is important to get the detail to whom the job process is issued so that the record of issued job will be maintain into inventory, Worker name will create from job worker master, if worker name not found it will cause message that "the selected value not exist into master".
Buisness name :
The business name is automatically fetched by the detail of Worker from job worker master detail.
Address:
The address is automatically fetched by the detail of worker from jobworker master.
Process name:
Process name will consist the list of process which is already created and active
Issue No:
Issue number is the memo number which is issue to worker and it will be generated automatically after save click according to sequence of issue job process.
Entry Date:
Entry date is document entry date on which the the issue of job process is assign to worker, Like Issue number it will also automatically generated after save click.
Document No:
Document Number contain four things Job issue name/Branch Number./Financial Year /Purchase Number.

Items :
In this we add the physical stock entry in lot by scanning the item through barcode scanner or simply by excel sheet

Add a new Lot:
When you want to add new item entry from Jobcard number you will click on this button
Modify the curernt Lot:
if you want to modify any entry into Added lot you can do this by simply select the list and click on this button
Delete the current Lot:
When you want to delete a current lot you can use this button by simply select the list to delete and click on this button.




Total:

Total Quantity:
The total quantity will show the total no of quantity column from item grid table
Net Amount:
The total amount of the all the items will be shown here.



How To:

Add new Jobwork Issue :

Note: Before Creating Jobwork issue confirm that you have created the job worker and assign them their job process

  1. Click On Jobwork.
  2. Select Issue for jobwork and it will open up Issue for jobwork Grid Page.
  3. Now Click on Add new Issue for jobwork from Tasks and Issue for jobwork Master page will get Open.
  4. First,Specify Worker, if worker name not found Create first jobworker.
  5. Specify, The delivery date.
  6. Select the Issue type from list.
  7. Specify the process name from the list, remember that the process list appear for those process which is specified at the time of worker master creation.
  8. Now, Add new lot.
  9. Click On Save button.


Add new lot entry against jobcard:

  1. Select on item tab.
  2. Click On Add a new lot button into item tab.
  3. Now specify the jobcard number.
  4. Click on Go button.
  5. Now double click on Memo detail from table to select from list.
  6. Click On close button.

Edit the existing Jobwork Issue:

  1. Click On Jobwork.
  2. Select Issue for jobwork and it will open up Issue for jobwork Grid Page.
  3. Now Select the list into table to edit and then click on Edit the existing Jobwork Issue from Tasks and Issue for jobwork Master page will get Open.
  4. First, Modify the entries which you want to edit.
  5. Click On Save button after editing the fields.
