Before going to deliver finished items to any party or at retail sale counter it will pass through various process into manufacturing unit to get final complete product ,For this the step by step process and subprocess is assign with the items so that to get final ready product for sale.

General:

Job process name:
Before Issue the Job Process to any worker its process name is important so that various list of subprocess is created within that process.
Description:
Detail Description of job process is useful for assigning the process to worker.
Extended Description:
The extended description is the also like a description
Short name:
The short name is the 'Alias' to search the process at the time of issue jobwork to worker.
Job Prioty:
the job prioty will be the prioty of job .
Bill prefix:
The bill prefix for this item will be useful at the time of issue jobwork to worker.
Sub Process List Table:
It contain the list of subprocess with job rate.
Sub Process:
The subprocess is the sub part of the main process.
Job Rate:
The job rate is assign with the sub job processes in job process, the job rate for worker is the charge which he takes for completion of job work on the article

How To:

• Add new Job-Process
• Edit the existing Job-Process

Add new Job-Process:

Click On Jobwork from menu bar.

Select Job Process.

Now Job-Process Grid Page will get open up.

Select on Add new job Process from Tasks.

Now,Job Process Master page will get Open.

First,Specify Process name into Job Process name, Then if any related detail description and extended description also specify it into description and extendend description.

Tick on the status box.

Specify the job prioty.

Specify the bill prefix for the process.

Specify, the list of sub process into table with the job rate on that subprocess.

Click On Save button.

Edit The existing Job process:

Click On Jobwork from menu bar.

Select Job Process.

Now Job-Process Grid Page will get open up.

Select the list into table to edit and click on Edit The existing Job process from Tasks, Job process Master page will get Open.

Start Modify the entry which you want.

Click On Save button
