Role* :
A role is a predefined set of privileges. Privileges define individual rights that a user requires to perform actions and read properties. When you assign a user or group permissions, you pair the user or group with a role and associate that pairing with an inventory object, Remember that before creating User you have to first create User role
Role Description:
This information is automatically fetch from Role.
User Id:
The user have the unique id, which used to identify them..
Short Name:
Very Short Description or "Nick name" of the User, helpful in searching the user from the search-list while feeding user role
Active Status :
When checked, this User is treated as Active and available in all search-lists in User Role. The Inactive User are not available in the search-lists, however you can get reports for all User regardless of its Active Status.
Password:
For security purpose there is the requirement of password is needed during login.
Confirm Password :
The confirm password is same as your password, it is used to compare the password which you enter if it is not match with the confirm password then the message box will appear after save click button with message 'The password doesnot match'
User Image:
Here you can assign the user image to identify the user by its image.
Default Branch:
This option is used to select the branch in which you want to assign the user role, it is default set as the branch where it is logon.
Allow the user Login at All Branches:
The user will able to login at all branch if you check on this option.
Allow the user Login at All Stock Unit:
The user will able to login at all Stock unitif you check on this option.



How To:


Add New User :

Note:Before creating the user, Please create the user role for assigning it with user.

  1. Click On Settings.
  2. Select People management, Now select User , The User Grid Page will get open up.
  3. Now select on Add new User from Tasks, the User master page will get open
  4. Now Specify the Role, the Role description is automaically fetch from Role master, If you dont know how to create user role see this...
  5. Specify the User Id, User name, Short name and if possible user group.
  6. Tick the active status so that the user is active for use.
  7. If you want to assign Password for security purpose assign the password and confirm password will be same as password
  8. Check if you want that the user can login at all branch
  9. Likewise, if you wnt user can login at every stock unit then check the button.
  10. Click on save

Edit the existing User :

  1. Click On Settings.
  2. Select People management, Now select User , The User Grid Page will get open up.
  3. Now select on Edit the existing User from Tasks, the User master page will get open
  4. Now, Modify the entry which you want.
  5. Click on save
