Salesperson Name :
The name of salesperson will be mentioned here, naming of salesperson will available at retail counter.
Description:
Here the role of salessperson will be describe as a detail description..
Mobile Number:
Here the contact number of salesperson will be mentioned for calling and messaging.
Email Id:
Email of salesperson will be important for mailing and updating purpose.
Short Name:
Very Short Description of the Salesperson, helpful in searching the user from the search-list while making cashmemo
Active Status :
When checked, the salesperson is treated as Active and available in all search-lists in salesperson at retail counter. The Inactive Salesperson are not available in the search-lists, however you can get reports for all User regardless of its Active Status.
Branch selection:
You can select the number of branch for the salesperson availablity on any branch.
Select photograph:
The photograph of user is the identity of salesperson

How To:


Add New Salesperson :

Note:At retail counter the requiremnet of salesperson is important so for that purpose you have to create the salesperson

  1. Click On Settings.
  2. Select People management, Now select Salesperson , The Salesperson Grid Page will get open up.
  3. Now select on Add new Salesperson from Tasks, the Salesperson master page will get open.
  4. Now Specify the Salesperson name, the description of Salesperson .
  5. Specify the Mobile number, Email id, short name of Salesperson.
  6. Tick the active status so that the user is active for use.
  7. Select the branch if you want the Salesperson will work on more then one branch.
  8. Click on Save.

Edit the existing User :

  1. Click On Settings.
  2. Select People management, Now select Salesperson , The Salesperson Grid Page will get open up.
  3. Now select on Edit the existing Salesperson from Tasks, the Salesperson master page will get open.
  4. Now, Modify the entry which you want.
  5. Click on Save.
