Wholesale Configuration Settings

• In zretail software you can change the wholesale invoice detail ,can make buyer order mandatory at stock out by HO/ Warehouse, Enable excise related calculation etc.
• There are various options to which the user can configure the Purchase settings as follow:

General :

Wholesale Invoice:
In wholesale invoice you can pick the party discount at bill level, at item level and also do not pick any discount also, you can also specify default base price at the time of customer creation etc.

Pick Party Discount in wholesale invoice :
There are three type of Party discount in wholesale invoice
a. At Bill Level
b. At Item Level
c. Do not pick discount

Default base Price :
Default base price can be selected at the time of customer creaion, you can make any one of the option as base price.There are three type of Default Base price
a. Mrp-Retail Price
b.WSP price- wholesale price
c. EXP- export price
d. PP- Purchase Price
e. CP- Cost price

Make Buyer order requistion Mandatory :
When checked then you have to specify the buyer oder requistion at the time of stock out of buyer order, without the buter order specification it will not save the stock out.
Ask to raise invoice upon challan save :
When checked then it ask to raise invoice upon challan out or stock out of buyer order, unchecked will not ask to raise invoice upon challan save..

Excise

Enable exercise related calculation:
When checked, It will enable the excise related field and allow you assign the value for excise related calculation filed . The inactive will disable the excise related calculation. Remember this that excise will be calculated in wholesle invoice if branch is marked as excisable unit

How To:

• Make Buyer order/Requistion Order Mandatorywhile stock out from HO/Warehouse
• Specify The default Base Price
• Set Purchase Configuration Setting
• Set RepairConfiguration Setting
• Set Remote Login Configuration Setting

Make Buyer order/Requistion Order Mandatory while stock out from HO/Warehouse:

Click On Settings from menu bar.

Now Click on Option and it will open up Confriguation settings page.

Now Click On Wholesale

Tick On Requistion order/ Buyer order to set as Requistion order/Buyer order as mandatory , Untick will not allow the requistion order/ buyer order set as mandatory .

Click On Ok button.

Specify The default Base Price:

Click On Settings from menu bar.

Now Click on Option and it will open up Confriguation settings page.

Now Click On Wholesale

Specify the default base Price from List .

Click On Ok button.
